SMT (Surface Mounting Technology) is an automated process technology where electronic components are placed on circuit boards. SMT equipment includes a screen printer and a dispenser for adhesive, and a chip mounter to place electronic components into designated location. Hanwha Semitech also provides various in-house S/W solutions for our customers to enhance conveninence and to maximize the use of our products.
